CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24h prior to your appointment taking place and we can offer you a full refund of the applicable amount via the original method of payment. However if you cancel or reschedule within 24h prior to your appointment taking place, you will not be eligible for a refund.


BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit/debit card may be required to secure your booking.

Booking in advance is recommended to secure your best choice of appointment dates and times especially for evenings and Saturdays. Please note: if you can’t find yoir preferred time/date, please contact us, as we may be able to help.

No-shows will be charged the full amount.

Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and full payment will still be required.


MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS

We offer treatments to 16 years of age and over.
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A parent/guardian must provide written permission for massage therapy for children under 16 years of age and they must remain in the premises during the massage service.


HEALTH AND SAFETY

Client Health: Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment. This information helps us tailor the treatment to your needs and ensure your safety.

Precautions: Clients showing symptoms of illness are advised to reschedule their appointment for both the client’s and therapist sake


GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Our gift vouchers can be redeemed against all treatments in Free Flow Ayurveda.

  • Valid for 12 months from the purchase.

  • They're not transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit note.

  • Free Flow Ayurveda does not accept responsibility for vouchers lost, damaged or stolen or any unauthorised use of vouchers.

  • Bookings must be made in advance at www.freeflowayurveda.com, using the unique gift voucher code at the checkout.

  • All reservations are subject to availability.

  • Acceptance of this constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are subject to change.
     

ETIQUETTE

Arrival Time: Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.

Quiet Environment: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you silence your mobile devices.

Food and drinks: please abstain from drinking alcohol, coffee or any other stimulants before and after the treatment and avoid food for at least 1h before and after.

Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused treatment and charged full price.


PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and gift vouchers. Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.


LIABILITY

Consent: By booking a treatment, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the treatment and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may result, unless negligence can be proven.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

Amendments: Free Flow Ayurveda reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
