Ayurvedic Health Consultation
A personalised 1:1 Ayurvedic consultation, available in person, online or by phone, designed to help you understand the patterns influencing your health and wellbeing and create practical, individual steps towards greater balance.
What to expect
During our consultation, we look at you as a whole—exploring your health history, digestion, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, emotional wellbeing and daily routines, as well as relevant environmental and seasonal influences. Where appropriate, Ayurvedic pulse and tongue assessment may also be used to deepen our understanding of your individual constitution and current state.
You will receive personalised recommendations based on your needs and lifestyle, which may include nutrition and lifestyle adjustments, Ayurvedic herbs, daily routines, movement, breathing, mindfulness, restorative practices and other supportive Ayurvedic therapies.
Who is it for?
This consultation may be helpful if you are experiencing digestive or metabolic concerns, stress, anxiety, sleep difficulties, low energy, headaches, hormonal or menstrual changes, skin concerns, or simply feel that your body and mind are out of balance. It can also be a valuable opportunity to improve your everyday habits, understand your individual constitution and develop a more conscious approach to your wellbeing.
Follow-up consultations are optional but recommended to review your progress, understand how you are responding and thoughtfully adapt your recommendations as your needs change. Ayurveda takes a gradual, individual approach — we work step by step and at a pace that is right for you.
LOVE FROM OUR CLIENTS
"Aneta has a magic touch and a calming soul, with the added bonus of getting knots out of places you didn't even know you had them. Been a client for many years and gratefully receive a voucher for a massage by her from family every Christmas, wouldn't go elsewhere and wouldn't have it any other way! She is a big part of why Greenwich feels like safe haven. Thank you Aneta."
