I’m an experienced and highly passionate Ayurvedic consultant and holistic massage therapist with over 14 years of experience, helping thousands of clients feel restored, balanced, and energised.
I’m also the founder of Free Flow Ayurveda, a holistic massage and wellbeing clinic in Greenwich, and a member of the Ayurvedic Professionals Association.
My passion and purpose is sharing the gift of Ayurveda - simple, accessible and always individually designed tools that support your wellbeing and help you move beyond physical or mental limitations.
I guide my clients with practical, effective approaches to self-care and self-healing, tailored to each individual.
When I’m not helping clients find their zen, you’ll often find me exploring the great outdoors or enjoying the pleasures of good food - two things that always bring me joy and inspiration.
