It is a great pleasure to invite you to the opening of my new venue at Wholistic Centre Greenwich on Tuesday 3 April 2018. This centre is a new and exciting collaboration between two dedicated and experienced Holistic Therapists: myself and my dear friend Pavlina Holicova.

We will introduce our unique services, packages and products to meet your individual needs. We will offer 30 minutes taster sessions, special promotions, product samples on that day as well as deliciously healthy and homemade snacks and drinks.

Ayurvedic Panchakarma Retreat

Panchakarma is a traditional Ayurvedic cleanse program. This retreat will include a 10-day or 14-day Panchakarma program for each person. The body goes through a natural approach to internal cleansing, with daily massages and body treatments to support the process. Complete rest is part of the program, all types of physical and mental activities are avoided.

A specific diet is prescribed and tailor-made to each individual, along with herbal remedies as necessary. Panchakarma cleanses, balances and tones all the doshas. Body, mind and spirit emerge deeply rejuvenated. The Retreat will start with a personal panchakarma consultation with the Ayurvedic Doctor.

The outcome of the consultation is a personal plan for the period you are on retreat (10 or 14 days) developed specifically for each individual, along with herbal remedies as necessary.

Exciting times! We have teamed up again with Neal's Yard Remedies Covent Garden to bring you a free* 2 hour workshop to help restore the flow of nature in your body & mind so you get glowing in time for summer...

In this workshop we will explore the relationship between Yoga and Ayurveda and how the union between both sciences, their origin, principles and goals can help us transform and enhance the wellbeing of our body, mind and spirit.

Determining your unique constitution (dosha) and what elements influence your physiology is essential in understanding not only your health but the whole of life in order to better support your self-healing and self-realization.

Using the wisdom of Ayurveda, you will be able to discover what asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and mantra (sacred sounds) are specific to your unique constitution to balance your elements (the nature’s energies represented in each dosha), maintain a good health and assist the healing process.

This is a fantastic opportunity for all yoga practitioners, students or teachers, to embrace the universal law of nature upon which Ayurveda and Yoga are based on and explore both disciplines through an inspirational practical theory and a fun theoretical practice.

What to expect and what’s included?

  • Introduction to basic principles of Ayurveda and how to implement them into your Yoga practice
