Welcome. My name is Aneta Beasley and I am the founder of Free Flow Ayurveda. Here is few words about me.
I was raised with respect and appreciation of the healing powers of nature. Born in a place surrounded by forest and fresh home grown food I rarely got ill or relied on pills. And even I’ve moved places, nature was always around me. That naturally guided me to study environmental protection and through that I’ve gained even more understanding of its beauty.
Through my travelling I came across Vipassana meditation which highly influenced the concept of Free Flow Ayurveda and the silent meditation courses which I regularly attend allow me to really connect with people I treat. Ayurveda, with its self-healing tools based on the law of nature, straight away drew my attention. I completely fell in love with this ancient medical system and stepped on the path of Ayurveda by training as an Ayurvedic Therapist and Diet and Lifestyle consultant led by an expert in the field, Dr Deepa Apte - medical doctor, ayurvedic practitioner and yoga teacher. Her lectures opened for me the door to wisdom of ayurvedic healing.
I am a fully qualified Ayurvedic consultant and holistic therapist and a member of Ayurvedic Professionals Association. I work with outstanding brands such as LAKSHMI - sustainable, ethic brand with the highest organic certification which combines Ayurveda, Aromatherapy and Naturopathy in their products and treatments; ILA - highly potent, organic and handmade in Cotswold products, to deliver the best quality treatments based primarily on the ancient healing tradition of Ayurveda as well as Pukka Herbs- leader on the market in supplying clean, potent and sustainable herbs, teas and supplements. I am fulfilling my dream by helping everyone who comes to my Wholistic Clinic in Greenwich in need to balance their minds and bodies as well as working in couple of unique and beautiful venues around London.
This website is dedicated to Ayurveda through my eyes. My purpose is to share the beauty of this great gift from nature, which offers simple, accessible and cheep tips to improve our wellbeing. I want to help you to go beyond your mental or physical limitations, giving you a simple yet effective approach to self-healing. Hope you find it empowering and useful. Feel free to share your experiences, thoughts and questions.
